Kits 4 Kids

Carl Junction students participated in a state-wide effort to send hygene kits to children in Haiti. CJ sent 184 kits. Click this link to see the Joplin Globe story.

Schedule Changes

  • The Boys' Basketball games against Cassville have been rescheduled for Monday, February 8 at Carl Junction. JV Boys will play at 6:00 pm in the 5/6 Gym; Varsity Boys will play at 7:30 in the Junior High Gym.
  • The Girls' Basketball games scheduled for February 8 have the following changes: Varsity Girls will play at 6:00 pm in the Junior High Gym; JV will play at 7:30 in the 5/6 Gym.
  • The Varsity Girls' Basketball team will play Kansas City Northeast in a make-up game on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 5:00 pm in the second round of the Nevada Tournament. This game will be played at Nevada High School.

  • Due to make-up "snow days," Carl Junction Schools will be in session on February 15. The last day of school is now scheduled for May 25, 2010.

CJ Basketball Homecoming Changed to Feb. 9

Basketball Homecoming Court

Carl Junction Basketball Homecoming activities have been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 9. The Bulldogs will take on the Lamar Tigers beginning at 6:00 pm. The homecoming coronation will take place between the Junior Varsity and Varsity games.
